Your Fly-in VIP Experience: Step by Step
Step 1 — Pre-Trip Planning
Before you book your flight, we align on your vehicle requirements: makes, models, budget range, quantity, and target timeline. We pre-screen yards and prepare a shortlist so your time in China is focused and productive. We also provide a China visa invitation letter if needed.
Step 2 — Airport Pickup & Hotel Arrangement
We pick you up from Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport (CAN) and transfer you to a comfortable hotel near our Foshan operations base. Travel time is approximately 1.5 hours. Hotel recommendations are pre-arranged based on your preferences and budget.
Step 3 — Guided Yard Visits & Vehicle Selection
Our team accompanies you to the used vehicle yards in the Foshan–Guangzhou corridor. You inspect vehicles in person — check exterior and interior condition, start the engine, test the air conditioning, examine tyre wear, and assess overall vehicle quality. We provide bilingual support (English–Chinese) throughout.
Most clients visit 2–4 yards over 2–3 days. We help you compare options, verify vehicle history where available, and identify the best value for your Ghana market requirements.
Step 4 — Professional Inspection & Road Test
Once you shortlist your vehicles, we arrange a 150-point mechanical inspection and road test for each one. Engine, transmission, suspension, brakes, electronics — every critical system is checked. You’re present for the entire process, so you see exactly what condition the vehicle is in.
Step 5 — Contract & Payment
With your selections confirmed, we finalize the purchase contract in person. All pricing, delivery terms, warranty coverage, and payment milestones are documented clearly. You sign with confidence because you’ve seen every vehicle yourself.
Step 6 — Container Loading Supervision
If your schedule allows, you can personally supervise the container loading process at our yard. Watch your vehicles being secured, photographed, and sealed into the container. We provide full video documentation of the loading process regardless — but being there in person gives you absolute certainty.
Step 7 — Departure & Post-Visit Support
We transfer you back to the airport when your visit concludes. From this point, our standard export process takes over: shipping documentation, bill of lading, Tema port clearance coordination, and delivery to Accra. You stay informed via WhatsApp at every stage.
