Whose name is on the warranty?

Ours. 6–12 months of limited support on engine and transmission, agreed in writing before each sale based on the vehicle's actual condition. We help diagnose issues, source parts, provide repair advice and technical support, and offer partial cost support when appropriate.

What if the loading photo is fake?

We video-document each container loading. You receive the file before the ship leaves port. The vehicle in your driveway is the vehicle in the video.

Who handles clearance at Tema?

We do. Customs documentation, duty calculation, port handling — coordinated through partners we've used for fifteen years. You receive a cleared vehicle, not a port problem.
