How It Works: From Your WhatsApp to Your Driveway
Step 1 — Tell Us What You Need
Send us your vehicle requirements via WhatsApp or our contact form: make, model, year range, budget, quantity, and intended use. Whether you need a single Toyota Corolla for personal use or a full container of mixed vehicles for your dealership, the conversation starts here.
We respond within 24 hours during Ghana business hours with initial availability and pricing guidance.
Step 2 — We Source & Shortlist
Our China-side sourcing team searches our network of trusted used vehicle yards across the Foshan–Guangzhou corridor. We pull from yards we’ve worked with for years — not random online listings. Each vehicle is pre-screened for age, mileage, condition, and Ghana market suitability before it makes your shortlist.
You receive photos, specifications, and pricing for each shortlisted vehicle via WhatsApp.
Step 3 — 150-Point Inspection & Video Report
Once you approve a vehicle from the shortlist, we conduct a comprehensive 150-point mechanical inspection. Engine compression, transmission response, suspension, brakes, electrical systems, air conditioning, body integrity — every critical component is checked and documented.
You receive a detailed video walkthrough of the inspection and a road test recording. You see exactly what you’re buying before you confirm.
Step 4 — You Confirm. We Load.
After you review the inspection results and confirm your purchase, we prepare the vehicle for export. Container loading is photographed and video-recorded — you see your vehicle being secured, positioned, and sealed. Loading documentation is shared with you in real time.
Step 5 — Ocean Shipping to Tema Port
Your container ships from Nansha Port (Guangzhou) to Tema Port, Ghana. Transit time is typically 35–45 days depending on the shipping line and schedule. You receive the bill of lading and tracking information so you know where your container is at every stage.
Step 6 — Tema Port Clearance
Our Ghana-side coordination team manages Tema port clearance through clearing agencies we’ve worked with for years. Customs declaration, duty calculation, port handling fees, and all required inspections are prepared in advance — before the container arrives.
Most importers learn the port the hard way. We pre-handle every step we can so your vehicle reaches you without the port becoming the story.
Step 7 — Delivery to Your Location
After port clearance, we arrange delivery to your specified location in Ghana. Whether you’re in Accra, Kumasi, Tamale, or another city, we coordinate transport to your door.
