We operate full-service vehicle export from southern China to Ghana — sourcing, inspection, loading, shipping, customs clearance, delivery, and after-sale. Or we handle export and shipping for vehicles you’ve already sourced yourself. Two service models. Same hands across both ends of the corridor.

Our China operations are based in Foshan, Guangdong — the heart of southern China’s used vehicle trading network. We’ve operated this end of the corridor since 2011 through our parent trading company, and as a focused used-car vertical since the founding of UsedCarBase.
We offer two service models on the China side: full self-operated service for buyers who want us to find, inspect, and ship the vehicle end-to-end. And agency export service for buyers who’ve already sourced their own vehicle and need only the export and shipping infrastructure.
Either way, the corridor we operate is the same: documented, predictable, and accountable.

The full-service model. You tell us what you want — make, model, year, budget, use case. We handle every step from sourcing to handover. This is the path most first-time buyers and most repeat dealer clients choose. Nine sub-services across the China side.

We pull from our network of trusted yards across Foshan, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen. Each candidate vehicle is reviewed for spec match, condition, and pricing before being added to your shortlist.

Our China-side mechanic performs a 150-point inspection on every vehicle we ship. Engine, transmission, brakes, electrical systems, documented and dated. Report goes to you with the bill of sale.

We handle the ownership transfer process with the original seller. All required Chinese export documents — title transfer, certificate of origin, customs declaration — prepared in your name.

Loading documented on video. We tie down each vehicle with proper strapping, photograph the loading process, and send the file to you before the container leaves the yard.

Average transit Foshan to Tema is 28 days. We work with established freight forwarders we’ve used for over a decade. Bill of lading, tracking number, and arrival ETA shared with you on day one.

Coordinated through our Ghana-side partners. Customs documentation, duty calculation, port handling fees — all prepared in advance so you don’t get surprised at the port.

We meet you in Accra (or anywhere in Ghana by arrangement). Keys, documents, technical support contacts, warranty paperwork. The handover is a checkpoint, not an endpoint.

6–12 months of limited support on engine and transmission, based on actual vehicle condition and pre-sale agreement. We help diagnose issues, source spare parts, provide repair advice and technical support, and offer partial cost support when appropriate. WhatsApp us anytime.

For dealer clients with workshops in Ghana, we coordinate spare parts sourcing, technical training visits, and bulk order planning. Long-term partnerships, not one-off transactions.

The agency model. You’ve already sourced your vehicle — through your own China contact, an online listing, or a previous relationship. You don’t need us to find the car. You need us to handle the export and shipping infrastructure professionally, on your behalf. We provide the corridor without the sourcing. Six sub-services across the China side.

Independent inspection of the vehicle you’ve sourced. We don’t just take your seller’s word on condition. The same 150-point inspection we run on our self-operated vehicles, applied to yours.

We help coordinate the ownership transfer between you (or your designated party) and the seller. Translation, document preparation, notarization where required.

Same loading documentation as our self-operated service. Video file sent to you before the ship leaves port. Your vehicle, our protocol.

We file the export customs declaration in your name (or your company’s name) with Chinese customs. Certificate of origin, export license, and all required documentation prepared.

Same freight forwarder network as our self-operated shipments. You get the same vessel options, the same transit times, and the same bill of lading transparency.

★ Ghana-Side · Tema to Handover

Ghana-side service is what separates exporters who care about your business from exporters who care about your container. Anyone can load a vehicle in Foshan. Few can clear it through Tema, deliver it to Accra, and answer the WhatsApp at month four when something breaks.
Our team has been on the ground in Ghana since 2003 — twenty-three years of accumulated market experience. The parent trading company behind UsedCarBase was founded in 2011. Four sub-services across the Ghana side, each one operated by people who actually live in or visit Ghana regularly.

We coordinate Tema port clearance through clearing agencies we’ve worked with for years. Customs declaration, duty calculation, port handling fees, and any required inspections — prepared in advance, before the container arrives.
Most importers learn the port the hard way. They show up, discover unexpected fees, miss documentation, lose days. We pre-handle every step we can. The vehicle reaches Accra without the port detour becoming the story.

For buyers considering their first container with us — or considering us at all — we don’t disappear behind a contact form.
Pre-sale support means: WhatsApp answered within 2 hours during Ghana business hours. Live video walk-throughs of shortlist vehicles before you commit. Reference contacts of past Ghana buyers (with their permission). In-person meetings in Accra by appointment for buyers who prefer face-to-face before sending payment.
Most exporters require commitment first, support second. We invert that order.

After-sale service is the test most exporters fail. We’ve designed ours to pass.
Limited support on engine and transmission — six to twelve months depending on the vehicle, agreed in writing before each sale. We maintain a technical support network for Accra, Kumasi, and Tamale. Spare parts sourcing when something breaks and the part isn’t available locally. Resale advice when you’re ready to upgrade or rotate inventory.
When something breaks in month five, you don’t search Google. WhatsApp us and we help you figure out the next step.

Technical cooperation is for dealer clients who aren’t just importing cars — they’re building used-vehicle businesses in Ghana that need ongoing China-side support.
We coordinate spare parts bulk sourcing for your workshop. We arrange technical visits where Ghanaian mechanics and our China-side technicians exchange diagnostic and repair knowledge. We help you plan multi-container purchase calendars aligned with seasonal demand in Ghana.
This isn’t a one-off transaction. It’s an operating partnership. We currently work with one dealer client on this model, with capacity for a select number more.

Ghana’s import duty schedule penalises vehicles older than 10 years, but they remain importable. We’ll calculate the higher duty up front so there are no surprises at Tema. For most buyers, sourcing a vehicle 8 years old or newer gives the best total-cost-of-ownership balance.
Single vehicles welcome. We ship mixed containers regularly, so a single car can join other buyers’ vehicles in the same 40′ container. For dealers, we recommend container-volume commitments (3–5 vehicles per container) to unlock wholesale pricing.
We calculate the duty estimate up front based on Ghana’s current schedule and share it with you before you commit. Duty payment itself is processed by our Tema clearing partners on your behalf, with the cost itemised on your invoice. No surprises at the port.
Tema (Ghana) is our primary corridor and where 95% of our shipments go. For Abidjan, Lagos, or Lomé we can arrange shipping case-by-case but cannot offer the same end-to-end clearance support we provide in Ghana. WhatsApp us your destination — we’ll tell you honestly whether we’re the right fit.
We offer 6–12 months of limited support on engine and transmission, with the exact term agreed in writing before each sale based on vehicle age, mileage, and condition. Normal wear-and-tear, misuse, accident damage, transport damage, and third-party repair are not covered. If something goes wrong, WhatsApp us — we help diagnose the issue, source parts, provide repair advice and technical support, and offer partial cost support when appropriate. We work with a technical support network in Accra, Kumasi, and Tamale.
USD bank transfer is our standard and what we recommend for the cleanest documentation trail. We can discuss alternatives (Cedi to local Ghana bank, USD via SWIFT, or stablecoin for select dealer relationships) on WhatsApp before contracting.
